The Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO) helps provide support services to victims of sexual assault.Services include evaluation and treatment in local emergency departments, emotional support from volunteer advocates, a 24-hour rape helpline, referrals to aftercare counseling and community outreach and prevention education.

HandsOn Central Ohio
HandsOn Central Ohio has the mission of strengthening and enhancing the quality of life in the Central Ohio community by mobilizing volunteers and connecting people to critical community resources.


The mission of Choices is to eliminate the cycle of domestic violence in this community; and advocate for social change. Services include a 24-hour crisis and information hotline, temporary shelter for women and their children, legal support, and counseling.


Attorney General of Ohio
The Attorney General’s Office has responsibility of overseeing the State's efforts to help crime victims on the road to recovery. The office does this in part through the following three units:
• Victim Compensation
• Victims Assitance
• Missing Children


Ohio Domestic Violence Network
The Ohio Domestic Violence Network (ODVN) is a statewide coalition of domestic violence programs, supportive agencies and concerned individuals organizing to ensure the elimination of domestic violence by: providing technical assistance, resources, information and training to all who address or are affected by domestic violence; and promoting social and systems change through public policy, public awareness and education initiatives.


RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline and carries out programs to prevent sexual assault, help victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice. This is a national hotline available 24/7 that will connect a caller to the nearest rape crisis hotline or rape crisis center all over the United States.


National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs
The National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs (NCAVP) addresses the pervasive problem of violence committed against and within the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and HIV-affected communities
